We are excited to share that our new Erasmus+ youth project, “Mindful Moments” (Project No: 2024-3-LV02-KA152-YOU-000287954), has officially been approved and will be implemented between April 18-25, 2025.
This meaningful initiative focuses on equipping young people with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively manage stress in today’s demanding world. Throughout the project, participants will explore various mindfulness techniques, engage in relaxation exercises, and learn practical time management strategies — all aimed at fostering long-term emotional resilience and personal well-being.
One of the key goals of “Mindful Moments” is to create a safe and inclusive environment where young individuals can openly share their stressors and daily challenges. In doing so, they will build a supportive community that nurtures mutual understanding, empathy, and trust. The project also places a strong emphasis on intercultural exchange, enabling participants to broaden their perspectives and strengthen their appreciation of diverse experiences and coping mechanisms across cultures.
Beyond individual growth, the project aims to enhance the capacities of youth workers by contributing to their professional development. By gaining insights into youth stress patterns and learning innovative stress management tools, youth workers will be better equipped to support the mental health needs of the young people they serve.
Ultimately, “Mindful Moments” is more than just a training program — it is a commitment to promoting holistic well-being, raising awareness about youth mental health, and inspiring young people to take mindful steps toward a balanced and empowered life.
