The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project "Mindful Moments", coordinated by HARA Health and Sports Association, was implemented in Kraslava, Latvia, from 18 to 25 April 2025. Under project number 2024-3-LV02-KA152-YOU-000287954.

In today's fast-paced world, young people are increasingly exposed to pressures related to education, employment, social relationships, and digital life. As a result, stress has become one of the most significant challenges affecting young people's mental and physical well-being. The Mindful Moments project was developed to help participants better understand the impact of stress and equip them with practical tools to manage it effectively in their daily lives.

The project aimed to empower young people with stress management skills through activities focused on mindfulness, relaxation techniques, time management, and anger control. At the same time, it created a safe and inclusive space where participants could openly discuss their experiences, exchange coping strategies, and support one another. By bringing together young people from different cultural backgrounds, the project also promoted intercultural dialogue and encouraged participants to explore how stress is perceived and managed across various societies.

Through learning, cultural exchange, and personal reflection, Mindful Moments aimed to leave a lasting impact by helping young people build healthier habits, stronger resilience, and a deeper understanding of mental well-being, while fostering active citizenship and social inclusion in line with the objectives of the Erasmus+ Programme.
