Sports in terms of Social and Emotional Development

This project "Sports in Terms of Social and Emotional Development" was held in Ankara between July 11–19, 2024, with the participation of youth workers from Turkey, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, and Latvia. Bringing together 8 participants from each country—with gender balance and inclusion of individuals with fewer opportunities—the project emphasized the transformative power of sport beyond physical activity.

Don't get addicted to drugs and become detached from life!

This project "Don't Get Addicted to Drugs and Become Detached from Life!" took place in Antalya from October 22 to 29, 2024, bringing together 42 youth workers from 7 different countries: Spain, Latvia, Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia, and Romania. The main aim of the project was to raise awareness about the dangers of substance addiction, especially among young people, and to promote knowledge and cooperation on how to prevent and combat this issue.

How do you spell relief from stress?

This project, held between July 8-13, 2024, brought together 48 young people from Spain, Latvia, Turkey, Hungary, Romania, and Italy. Supported by Erasmus+, it focused on stress and anger management, aiming to raise awareness and improve coping skills. Through intercultural learning, participants developed communication, problem-solving, and self-confidence, while also exploring the opportunities offered by Erasmus+.

Be the Light with Empathy

The international youth project "Be the Light with Empathy" was held in Madrid from July 28 to August 3, 2024, bringing together 48 youth workers from 8 different countries: Latvia, Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine, Czechia, North Macedonia, Spain, and Poland. The project focused on promoting the social inclusion of visually impaired young people by equipping participants with the skills needed for effective and empathetic communication. Through interactive workshops, cultural exchange nights, and awareness-raising activities such as “Empathy in Action” and “Animation,” the project aimed to break prejudices, foster understanding, and empower youth workers to contribute to a more inclusive society.

Healthy Youth in All Aspects

This project "Healthy Youth in All Aspects" was successfully held in Gijón from August 4 to 10, 2024, with the participation of 48 young people from various partner countries. The project aimed to promote a holistic understanding of health by focusing on physical well-being, mental health, and healthy nutrition. Through engaging and interactive activities such as “Paste and Meet,” nature walks, informative sessions on balanced nutrition and mental health, creative drama workshops, and hands-on experiences like healthy grocery shopping, participants not only gained practical knowledge but also developed lifelong healthy habits.

Up with Hope, Down with dope

Our project, of which we are a partner, aims to raise awareness of young people about substance addiction, to raise social awareness, to encourage young people to lead a healthy life, to have knowledge about the types, causes and consequences of addiction, to increase their participation in social life, and to improve their communication skills in a foreign language.

Will Power Knows No Obstacles

The international youth exchange project "Will Power Knows No Obstacle" was held in Krāslava from December 9 to 15, 2024, with the active participation of 50 young people from Latvia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Turkey, and Italy. Designed for participants aged 18 to 24, the project aimed to empower young individuals by emphasizing the strength of willpower in overcoming personal and societal challenges. With a strong focus on inclusivity and gender equality, the project ensured equal representation by including 5 female and 5 male participants from each country, and 15 participants with fewer opportunities. Through intercultural exchange, team activities, and interactive workshops, the project encouraged self-confidence, resilience, and solidarity among youth, fostering a spirit of motivation and empowerment across diverse backgrounds.

Art is a Scream of Freedom!

The project aims to raise awareness about reducing depression through hobbies, particularly using art therapy methods to combat depression. It focuses on providing youth workers with support to improve their coping skills and promote mental health awareness. The project also encourages young people to explore hobbies as a means of prevention, supports their personal development, and promotes active citizenship. It has been approved but has not yet been implemented.
Mindful Moments

The project aims to enhance the well-being and personal development of young people by equipping them with effective stress management skills, such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and time management. It focuses on fostering a supportive environment, promoting cross-cultural understanding, and encouraging personal growth and resilience. Additionally, the project seeks to raise awareness about the impact of stress on mental and physical health and to enhance youth work practices by introducing new stress management methods. The project has been approved but has not yet been implemented.
