At HARA Health and Sports Association, our recent Erasmus+ project focused on raising awareness about healthy living among young people. We were delighted to partner with organizations from Belgium, Hungary, Romania, Spain, and Turkey for this impactful initiative, which took place between August 4th and 10th.
The project emphasized the importance of physical activity, healthy nutrition, and mental well-being. Through engaging activities such as “Footprints in Nature” walking exercises and Healthy Grocery Shopping, participants learned to incorporate healthier habits into their daily lives. These activities not only encouraged them to make better choices but also inspired them to share these habits with their friends and family.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the project was the cultural exchange it fostered. Participants from different countries shared their experiences and learned about each other’s cultures while working together to promote healthy living. This not only created a sense of community but also strengthened intercultural connections.
We are proud to see that this project has helped young people adopt healthier lifestyles. We are confident that the habits formed during this initiative will continue to benefit them in the long run. We are excited to witness the long-term impact as participants continue to prioritize their health and well-being.
We extend our gratitude to everyone who participated and supported this project!
