If we talk about the activities in which our key people voluntarily participate;

4 key persons of our association attended and supported the seminar titled "Dissemination of Sports and Healthy Life" held in Hungary. They shared the important notes they took from the activity with other key persons of our association.

An Implementation Guideline called "Health Promoting Guideline" was prepared by 4 key persons of our association. The guideline prepared by our key persons was sent as a gift to the institutions and organisations we cooperate with and they were provided with information.

Together with our key persons, we participated in the "University Youth Sports Festival" organised by the Municipality. In this activity, competitions were held in 5 different branches: table tennis, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and foot tennis. In team matches, we gained new experiences together with our key persons.

We participated in the activity "Build Your Team, Take Your Place at the Youth Festival" organised in Riga. 6 key persons took part as part of the organised activity.

We participated with our key persons in the seminar "Current Issues in Food Security" organised in Jelgava. One of the key persons of our association took part in the seminar as a speaker. The local people were informed about the serious effects of water scarcity, food scarcity in terms of quantity and quality, reduction of biodiversity and chemical pollution on human health and future. The seminar was remembered as a very productive and instructive seminar enriched by the questions and contributions of the local people.
